RT Global Response is led by Ryan Tulay, a career fire service professional whose operational background includes firefighting, paramedicine, fire prevention, fire investigation and emergency response training.
That experience shapes the company’s training philosophy: understand the environment, keep response systems practical, build confidence through repetition and train people to perform as a team. Programs for hospitality, maritime and remote operations are adapted to the client’s actual setting rather than copied from a municipal emergency-services model.
The objective is not to turn hospitality staff or vessel crews into professional firefighters or paramedics. It is to help them become more capable, organized and confident in the critical first minutes of an emergency.
