RT Global Response worked with a Bali resort team on a practical emergency preparedness program integrating fire response, emergency medical skills, equipment familiarization, communications and team-based drills.
The program used the property’s environment and available resources as the classroom. Personnel moved from instruction to hands-on practice and then into scenarios requiring multiple skills and departments to work together.

Emergency preparedness is strongest when disciplines are not trained in isolation. Fire response may require evacuation and radio coordination. A medical emergency may require patient packaging and movement through a difficult property. A larger incident may require multiple departments to establish roles quickly and work toward the same objective.
